• Deposits may be required for plant hire and cross-border transport.

3. Liability

• RM Logistix is not liable for delays caused by weather, strikes, border issues, or events outside reasonable control.

• Clients are responsible for accurate load information and legal compliance.

4. Equipment Hire

• Equipment must be returned in the same condition it was hired out.

• Damage caused by negligence will be charged to the client.

6. Governing Law
